ONA80 Union Representatives Fall 2024 Meeting
Attention ONA80 ONA representatives and executives:
Our Fall 2024 ONA representatives meeting will start at 8 a.m. sharp. Registration opens at 7:30 a.m. Our General Membership Meeting will follow (3-4 p.m.)
Please register in advance for this meeting by emailing Serge Ganzburg, RN, at gro.a1741754228no@0817417542280laco1741754228l1741754228. Having an attendance list and count helps us arrange seating and food.
Complete the forms below ASAP (hard copies will also be sent out.) See the following notes:
- Leave of Absence (LOA) – These need to be submitted well in advance so we can arrange LOAs with the hospital, not to mention for you to arrange your time off to attend. Making arrangements for LOAs takes time and last-minute submissions may not go through despite our best efforts. Please submit your LOA to the ONA Local 80 office (as directed on the LOA Leave Request Form.) We will forward them to your BUP.
- Enviroscans (e-scans) – Serge needs to review these prior to the meeting, so kindly submit them as soon as possible. We appreciate these take time to complete but having them in hand early gives us a heads up prior to the meeting.
