Please arrive at our load in site by: 12:45pm

Please look for the ONA Parade Marshalls with the ONA Flags at the corner of Yonge St., and Alymer Ave., right at the intersection, on the bridge.

**ONA’s Parade Placement – E19 – this is the number you need to look for and meet the group.

Pride is about all of us coming together—standing proudly and loudly in support of the 2SLGBTQI+ community.

ONA80 will be participating in this year’s Pride Parade.

This year we will join E.P.I.C. Carnival in the Grand Parade on Saturday, August 2. E.P.I.C. Carnival is a dynamic and passionate medium-sized mas band that brings the best of Carnival to life! In 2025, they’ll bring Energy, Passion, Imagination & Culture to the forefront. With the 2025 theme of “Culture”, E.P.I.C. aims to honour ancestors, celebrate traditions, and ignite excitement for future generations through stunning art, lively music, and powerful dance.

Join us in costume!

ONA has secured a number of costumes in the Legacy section and is looking for members to proudly wear them in the parade. We will randomly select 40 members to receive a costume. To ensure costumes can be produced in time, we need to confirm parade participants as soon as possible.

Please complete the interest form for a chance to win a fabulous carnival costume from E.P.I.C. Carnival and be part of one of North America’s biggest cultural events. The deadline to enter is Wednesday, June 4, 2025.

ONA80 Union Representatives Fall 2025 Meeting

Attention ONA80 Representatives and Executives:

We’re looking forward to seeing you at our Fall 2025 ONA Representatives Meeting on October 14, 2025, starting promptly at 8:00 a.m., with registration beginning at 7:30 a.m. The General Membership Meeting will follow from 3:00 to 4:00 p.m.

Complete the forms below as soon as possible (hard copies will also be distributed):

Leave of Absence (LOA): Please submit these well in advance to help us coordinate LOAs with the employer and to ensure you can arrange your time off. Late submissions might not be processed in time. Submit your LOA forms to the ONA Local 80 office as indicated on the LOA Leave Request Form. We will forward them to your BUP.
Enviroscans (E-scans): Serge needs to review these before the meeting. Although they take time to complete, having them early is essential for our meeting preparations.
