ONA80 has received an important safety notice from belairdirect regarding the travel fork and spoon set in a red pouch with the belairdirect logo that was distributed during Nursing Week events.
The vendor advised that there have been reports that the edge of the spoon may be sharp. At this time, there is no information suggesting that the cutlery contains any hazardous materials.
As a precaution, the recommendation is to discontinue use of the entire cutlery set and dispose of all items.
No replacement item is being provided at this time.
