ONA80 Union Representatives Spring 2025 Meeting

Attention ONA80 Representatives and Executives:

We’re looking forward to seeing you at our Spring 2025 ONA Representatives Meeting on March 18, 2025, starting promptly at 8:00 a.m., with registration beginning at 7:30 a.m. The General Membership Meeting will follow from 3:00 to 4:00 p.m.

Unionism 101: The History, the Impact, the Power’ private workshop

Complete the forms below as soon as possible (hard copies will also be distributed):

Leave of Absence (LOA): Please submit these well in advance to help us coordinate LOAs with the employer and to ensure you can arrange your time off. Late submissions might not be processed in time. Submit your LOA forms to the ONA Local 80 office as indicated on the LOA Leave Request Form. We will forward them to your BUP.
Enviroscans (E-scans): Serge needs to review these before the meeting. Although they take time to complete, having them early is essential for our meeting preparations.

March 20 All-Out Rally

On March 20, nurses and health-care professionals across the province will be hosting All-Out Rallies at their local hospitals to pressure hospital CEOs to agree to nursing ratios now! Hospital CEOs can agree to implement nursing ratios in our new collective agreement up until we start arbitration in April.
